New intensive courses cover graduate studies abroad and Chinese foreign relations

“Graduate studies abroad” and “Chinese foreign relations” will be the topics of upcoming intensive courses at FGV’s School of International Relations (RI). Registration is open for this new batch of courses with classes starting in late October and early November, respectively.

The short course “Graduate Studies Abroad: How to Do It?” seeks to develop the skills needed for successfully applying to MBA, Master’s, PhD or exchange PhD programs at world-class universities abroad. The course will be taught by professor Matias Spektor on October 22-27. Go to the website to learn more and register.

The program “Chinese Foreign Relations – Politics, Economics and Society” will be taught by professor Oliver Stuenkel and will provide students with the tools to understand the main dynamics that shape the Asian giant’s political, economic, social and foreign policy behavior. Students are expected to acquire the knowledge needed to follow Chinese politics in the coming years. The course will take place on November 5-10. Go to the website to learn more and register.

Both courses will include experts in the field to diversify the classes and multiply lessons learned. Classes will take place in Sao Paulo, at FGV 9 de Julho (Av. 9 de Julho, 2029 – Bela Vista, Sao Paulo/SP), Monday to Friday, from 6:30 p.m. to 11 p.m., and on Saturdays, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
