FGV launches series of free webinars on specialized education and professional management
FGV Executive Education has launched a series of free webinars aimed at professional training. In all, there will be 31 online events between now and October, presenting subjects and skills to be explored in depth in FGV’s new Live MBA courses. The events will be broadcast live, starting at 6 pm. The first will be held on August 12 and it will talk about “Health Sector Trends and the Importance of Managers.”
This webinar will be led by Professor Wilson Rezende, the academic coordinator of FGV’s MBA in Health Management. He will discuss the importance of management knowledge in the context of health organizations, key trends in the area and challenges for managers. He will also talk about determining factors for the success of organizations, main economic trends and their impacts on public and private sector health organizations.
This initiative is part of FGV’s new type of MBA course, in live format. Live MBAs consist of 100% live classes via web conference and real-time interaction with professors and classmates. This new and innovative type of specialized education allows participants to network in real time. The classes are also recorded and made available in full, giving students flexibility and autonomy. The courses have the same quality and excellence offered by FGV’s in-person MBA courses, and the classes are led by the same professors, with market-recognized expertise in their fields of activity.
