Online event to debate port sector trends after pandemic

On September 29, FGV Transport and FGV In Company will hold another debate about port sector trends after COVID-19. The purpose of the event is to discuss the challenges and opportunities of Brazilian infrastructure from a bilateral perspective, focusing on economic development in the post-pandemic recovery.

The speakers will be Gene Seroka, the executive director of the Port of Los Angeles; Antônio Carlos Amado, marketing and sales representative of the Port of Virginia, Norfolk; Duna Uribe, the commercial director of the Port of Pecem; Ricardo Arten, the CEO of Brasil Terminal Portuário (BTP) and board member of the Brazilian Association of Container Terminals (ABRATEC); and John Cuttino, the CEO of Portal Commerce & Logistics. The director of the FGV Transport Study Center, Marcus Quintella, will be the moderator for this webinar, organized in partnership with the American Consulate in Rio de Janeiro and Amcham Brasil, and supported by Abdib.
