Rio de Janeiro Law School student participates in the Shanghai Summer Program

The undergraduate student of Rio de Janeiro Law School (FGV DIREITO RIO), Evandro Proença Sussekind, was selected by the Shanghai Summer Program - which aims to offer students a greater understanding of China's position on foreign policy within the BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) and in major international issues, as well as on the changes and development under leadership of the Asian country.From June 30 to July 30, Evandro - who will be integrated into the campus life of Fudan University - will attend courses with the theme Communication and Integration. In addition to the classes, the program includes trips and cultural tours in China. He will also be involved in the construction of the international metropolis of Shanghai and the history, culture and folklore of the city.This is an extremely valuable experience for anyone who cares about the direction of the economic and political scenario and I am very grateful to experience it in this time of transition.
