The third 2014's edition of the Journal of Public Administration (RAP), developed by FGV's Brazilian School of Public and Business Administration (FGV/EBAPE), is already available for readers.In this issue, the journal has 11 articles on several topics, and among them are the process of consolidation of the Republic in Brazil; the changes in Public Administration in Mozambique from the administrative reform of 2001; and the recent experience of the Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) in Portugal.The RAP, created in 1967, is a bi-monthly publication by FGV/EBAPE. Since November of last year, all volumes have been digitized and are available online.
