São Paulo Law School meeting answers questions about Academic Masters

São Paulo Law School (DIREITO SP) will present the Academic Master's Program at two events, which will take place on May 14 and June 4: the Café da Manhã com a Coordenação? (Breakfast with the Coordination), which will present the research program lines and answer questions about the selection process.The program focuses on Law and Development relationships and it was considered, together with the School's Professional Master's, one of the most innovative in the world in the Financial Times ranking released last year. The objective of the course is to train scholars and professionals capable of responding to the challenges of a society going through fast transformation and international integration, contributing to its development in full sense.The development theme has been on the agenda of governments, international agencies, companies and scholars for decades. In the past, the concept found itself closely associated with the idea of economic growth. In the last decade, however, the imperatives of environmental sustainability, the increasing access to markets, social responsibility, human rights and democracy were incorporated into them, explained the coordinator of the Academic Master's, Professor Luciana Gross Cunha.Also according to Luciana, the meetings sponsored by the School are important to answer questions from an audience that wants high quality teaching and to work in research and in the academic world. In addition, the line of research in law and development is suitable for the development of analyzes and theses with an impact on policymaking, he said.Professors Eurico de Santi, Mario Schapiro, Flávia Püschel and Salem Nasser will also participate in the event.How to participateThe presentation lectures on the Academic Master's at São Paulo Law School are free, but places are limited.
