The new edition of the Journal of Public Administration (RAP) is now available for reading and brings three articles in foreign languages, following the internationalization line pursued by the journal: La emergencia del ambientalismo estatal y social en Argentina (The emergence of the state and social environmentalism in Argentina), Some aspects of implementing Regulatory Impact Analysis in Brazil and Iniciativas de gestión pública que promueven la productividad desde una perspectiva del género? (Public management initiatives that promote productivity from a gender perspective).Other 11 articles deal with the Brazilian context, covering topics such as innovation in public administration in Brazil, Embrapa's Strengthening and Growth Program (PAC Embrapa), the origins of undergraduate teaching in Public Administration in Brazil, education in the state of São Paulo, the public-private relationship in the SUS (Unified Health System) in the state of Mato Grosso, and the trajectory of federal programs focused on actions implemented in Fernando Henrique Cardoso (1995-2002) and Lula's (2003-2010) government.The Journal of Public Administration is a bimonthly publication by the Brazilian School of Public and Business Administration (FGV/EBAPE) founded in 1967. Since November last year, all volumes are scanned and opened to online consultation.The journal is managed by Professor Peter Spink, of the Center for Public Administration and Government at São Paulo School of Business Administration.
