Fundação Getulio Vargas’ Sao Paulo School of Business Administration (FGV EAESP) is holding a webinar about the transformation of leaders and other people to create value through digital strategies. The event will be livestreamed on FGV’s YouTube channel on December 1, at 7 pm.

During the event, a talk will be given by Camila Cinquetti, PwC’s director of digital acceleration, people and organization. There will also be a debate between Professor Edilene Santana, the coordinator of FGV EAESP’s Accounting, Finance & Analytics second degree program; Professor Paul Ferreira, the director of the FGV EAESP’s Executive Master’s in Administration; and Professor Hitoshi Nagano of FGV EAESP’s Technology and Data Science Department.

Digital transformation is critical for business and society. The challenge is to use this process to create value and be competitive. Vision needs to go beyond technology. How should we deal with digital transformation strategies? What competencies are required? How should we engage people? How can we develop digital and soft skills to lead and execute digital business transformation strategies? These are some questions to be discussed during the event.
