FGV/EBAPE discusses impacts of mega-events in Brazil with Sorbonne professor

The Brazilian School of Public and Business Administration (FGV/EBAPE) will welcome, on April 14, the Professor Emeritus of University of Paris-Sorbonne, Wladimir Andreff, who will teach a lecture on Economics and Sports Management: The FIFA World Cup and the Olympic Games in Brazil: What to look for.Considered one of the most renowned experts in Economics and Sports Management in Europe, Wladimir Andreff will discuss, under a management point of view, the impacts that these mega events will cause on Brazilian host cities.The lecture will be given in English and mediated by the advisor to FGV's Presidency and professor at FGV/EBAPE, Istvan Kasznar. All FGV's undergraduate and graduate students can participate.The event will take place at Fundação Getulio Vargas's main office in Botafogo, at 2 pm.
