IDE offers this year's first edition of Coffee with Knowledge

The Academic Management Division (DGA) of the Institute of Educational Development (DGA-IDE) resumed, on March 24, the project Café com Saber (Coffee with Knowledge) - a series of events dedicated to the discussion of topics of interest to the Institute's education community. The first edition of 2014 brought together the academic coordinators who work in Rede Management ahead of FGV's MBAs.During the meeting, the DGA presented indicators which will be the basis for the evaluation of academic coordinators, with the objective of encouraging the debate about the process and make it increasingly transparent. The implementation of a participatory teaching project in the MBAs was addressed, with methodological innovations that place the student as an agent of his/her own knowledge development. In addition, the professors who attended the event were introduced to Alumni FGV Executive Education, a community oriented at former students of IDE's specialization courses.I want to congratulate DGA's staff for the initiative to invite all coordinators to discuss firsthand extremely important issues for the better development and consolidation of academic activities within the Network. Forums such as this one, shared and participatory, that enrich the knowledge of all, said the professor and academic coordinator, Isnard Marshall.According to one of the coordinators of the Academic Management Division, Raquel Lenziardi, the meeting was characterized by a large participation of IDE's teaching community. We were very pleased with the massive presence at this event. DGA is increasingly motivated to bring together coordinators and professors to engage in major academic discussions. Thus, it is possible to move forward in a more solid, transparent and participatory manner.
