Construction Costs show smaller increase in February, according to IBRE
The National Index of Construction Cost - M (INCC-M), calculated by the Brazilian Institute of Economics (FGV/IBRE), recorded in February, a 0.44% change rate - lower than the result of 0.70% from the previous month. During the year, the index has accumulated a 1.14% change and, in the last 12 months, of 8.00%.
IBRE indicates that the index for Materials, Equipment and Services recorded a 0.68% change. In the previous month, the rate was 0.37%. The index related to Manpower presented a 0.22% increase, compared to the 1.00% recorded in the previous month.
Although the index has increased less this month, just Belo Horizonte showed a decrease among the monitored capital cities, from 4.21% to 0.38%.
