Roundtable debate addresses attracting and retaining talent in labor market
Fundação Getulio Vargas’ Internship and Career Development Center (FGV NEDC) is now 15 years old and it will celebrate this date by holding a debate on the labor market. The event, called “NEDC’s 15th Anniversary – Roundtable Debate on Attracting and Retaining Talent in the Labor Market,” will take place on May 31, at 9:30 am, in FGV’s main building in Rio de Janeiro. The discussion will focus on key challenges in identifying talent and companies’ practices to attract employees.
The guest speakers will be Alexandre Sande, CEO of WallJobs; Debora Nascimento, managing director of Capacitare; Leizer Vaz Pereira, CEO of Empodera; Marcio Lyra, partner in JPG; and Olivia Ferreira, head of talent acquisition at L’Oréal Brasil. The moderator will be FGV NEDC’s coordinator, Beralda Lima.
