EBAPE welcomes Wharton students for course on emerging economies

For the fourth consecutive year, the Brazilian School of Public and Business Administration (FGV/EBAPE) welcomed students from Wharton Business School - one of the leading business schools in the United States. On January 6th-10th the group participated in the course ?Managing in Emerging Economies?, together with 12 master students of the School.The course in Brazil is more specifically about the Energy and Infrastructure sectors, and provide students with an understanding of the most important economic, political, financial and demographic trends that currently influence emerging economies today, explained the manager of the EBAPE's International Relations department, Mônica Balanda.Besides classes with Wharton professors, students had the opportunity of attending lectures by expert guests, discuss the cases relating to the subject and visit major companies and government agencies in Brazil.
