São Paulo Law School holds new edition of Moot Court Competition

São Paulo Law School (FGV Direito Rio), Tulane University and the Universidad de Los Andes will hold in March of next year the 4th Edition of the Moot Court Competition. The fake trial will take place at the school, in the city of Rio de Janeiro, and registration is open until next Friday, December 13th.

São Paulo Law School (FGV Direito Rio), Tulane University and the Universidad de Los Andes will hold in March of next year the 4th Edition of the Moot Court Competition. The fake trial will take place at the school, in the city of Rio de Janeiro, and registration is open until next Friday, December 13th.The hypothetic case will be ?Extraction of hydrocarbons, natural environment and human rights?. The teams interested in participating must be composed of three students and may have a professor as supervisor. The deadline for the memorials to be sent is February 2nd, 2014. ?The competition is really important for the students? education, as it enables them to develop the skills necessary to act as lawyers in the international system?, highlighted the coordinator of the event, professor Paula Spieler.The Moot Court Competition is open to foreign and Brazilian Law students.Click here for more information and to register.
