The professors of FGV's São Paulo Law School (DIREITO GV), Mario Engler Pinto Junior and Carlos Ari Sundfeld, will participate in the Brazilian Congress of State Companies - which will be held in Brasília on November 28 and 29. The event will bring together experts and ministers of courts of Justice for a pluralist and comprehensive assessment of the operations of state enterprises in Brazil, in its legal, managerial and economic aspects.Engler will deliver the lecture State Enterprises: economic function and corporate governance.
