São Paulo School of Business Administration (FGV/EAESP) will offer, on October 30th, the lecture Competition Law and Economics, with the economist and professor of the School, Gesner Oliveira, and the lawyer João Grandino Rodas - authors of a book with the same name, which is now in its second edition.The researchers will discuss the new phase of the Brazilian competition from factors such as the enactment of Law 12.529/2011, the new Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE) and the challenges in the economy, seeking to make a practical and instructive contribution to the current competition scenario in Brazil.The event will take place at EAESP's headquarters in São Paulo at 4:30 pm.For more information, please click here.
