São Paulo Law School and EAESP organize debate on the relations between the State and companies

Tomorrow, October 9, FGV's São Paulo Law School (DIREITO GV) will hold a debate for the launch of the book State and Company: A Tangled Relationship, written by the founder of São Paulo Law School, Antonio Angarita, and the professors Lígia Paula Pires Sica and Angela Donaggio. The work considers that relations between the State and companies, or vice-versa, although permanent, will always be changeable. The object of this work is to understand part of this dynamic situation between these two entities according to the current outlook before us, the authors explain in the introduction.In addition to Antonio Angarita, the meeting will be attended by EAESP's director, Maria Tereza Leme Fleury, the former president of Embraer and Petrobras and the dean of Unimonte, Ozires Silva, and the researcher of Insper, Sérgio Lazzarini. The coordinator of the Professional Master's Degree of São Paulo Law School, Mario Engler, will be the mediator.The debate, which will take place at 5:30 pm, also indicates the launch of the Academic Freedom seal, of São Paulo Law School, which publishes free digital books on law as a contribution to the free circulation of ideas.In order to register for the event, please click here.
