São Paulo Law School debates participation of women in the corporate world

The executive coordinator of the Center for Applied Legal Research of FGV's São Paulo Law School (CPJA/DIREITO GV), Lígia Paula Pires Pinto Sica, is one of the speakers of the 3rd Forum Moment Mulher - organized by journalist Ana Paula Padrão, within the Project Tempo de Mulher. The initiative adds research studies that analyze the role of women in the corporate and academic world, in society, and in other institutions.The forum brings together entrepreneurs, activists and personalities to discuss the influence of women in major global issues and their growing presence in decision-making positions in national and multinational organizations.Ligia will discuss the need for the implementation of quotas for women on the board of directors of companies. The coordinator has also addressed this issue in the meeting The participation of women in senior management positions: gender social relations, law and corporate governance, at São Paulo Law School.The 3rd Forum Momento Mulher takes place today, October 7, at Hotel Unique, São Paulo.
