On October 17-18, FGV's Rio de Janeiro Law School (DIREITO RIO) will host the 6th Annual Congress of the Brazilian Association of Law and Economics (ABDE).  The objective of the event - one of the main research discussion forums in the area - is the exchange of experiences and academic research with a focus on the interdisciplinarity among Law, Economics and Social Sciences.The two-day congress will present technical work by FGV specialists and representatives of national and foreign institutions, such as the University of Hamburg (Germany), Montreal (Canada) and Illinois (United States).
