Federal Prosecutor talks about the role of negotiation in lecture at EBAPE

On September 17, FGV?s Brazilian School of Public and Business Administration (FGV/EBAPE) welcomed the prosecutor of the Justice Department (MPF) Gisele Porto, who spoke on Negotiation and Unavailable Rights: Limits and Possibilities in a lecture that dealt with themes relevant to public management in Brazil.The best strategy in the MPF is conciliation, always keeping an eye on preserving the interests of society. Public interest must prevail over private interest and cause the smallest possible damage to both parties, she said.The meeting is part of the series of lectures on Leadership and Strategy - an activity part of the Executive Master?s program in Business Management of the Brazilian School of Public and Business Administration (MEX), which brings together leaders of large public and private organizations in order to ponder over management challenges in Brazil.
