The Internship and Professional Placement Department of Fundação Getulio Vargas in Rio de Janeiro and Unilever promoted, on September 11, a meeting between the President of Unilever Brazil, Fernando Fernandez, and FGV undergraduate students.Fernando spoke about how it is doing business in a world of volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity, about his professional trajectory and the main challenges faced in the conduct of business on a daily basis.He also spoke about his career and about the importance of aligning the values of the institution in which we work with our personal values, but without losing our own identity.
