São Paulo Law School coordinates Telecommunications seminar

Next Tuesday, August 27, the professor at FGV's São Paulo Law School (DIREITO GV) and member of the Brazilian Institute of Competition Studies (IBRAC), Caio Mario da Silva Pereira, will coordinate the 1st Seminar on Control, Infractions and Sanctions in Telecommunications - organized by the Brazilian Federation of Telecommunications (Febratel). Caio Mario will participate in the panel about the interaction between Anatel and the Judiciary. The event will also welcome Professor Arthur Barrionuevo and the ministers of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) and the Supreme Court of Justice (STJ), Gilmar Mendes and Ricardo Cueva. Other authorities of the Judiciary, as well as representatives of telecommunications companies and regulatory bodies, will also attend the event. The seminar will take place at Hotel Royal Tulip in Brasília, from 9 am to 7 pm.
