Organizational dynamics and leadership are the themes of EAESP's programs for executives

The Continuing Education Program (PEC) at FGV's São Paulo School of Business Administration (EAESP) will hold, in August, the course Organizational Dynamics - Motivation and Leadership, coordinated by professor Paulo Standerski. The goal is to provide the basic foundations on the main themes of organizational psychology for executives who have not had the opportunity to learn about human behavior in organizations during their undergraduate studies, and leaders who are seeking to increase their employees' motivation. The topics will be treated through an active methodology, with group dynamics, case discussion, questionnaire of behavioral diagnosis and lectures, in order to show how the acquired knowledge can be used in everyday life. Paulo Standerski has a Business Administration degree from EAESP, an MBA from Kellogg School of Management and he is certified by the Center for Creative Leadership. He is a professor of the undergraduate courses MPA and CEAG, at EAESP, and a consultant and coach in the development of executives. The course Organizational Dynamics - Motivation and Leadership will start on August 28 and will last until December 11 this year. Please click here and learn more (only in Portuguese)
