FGV/EPGE professor gives presidential lecture of SAET conference

Professor Aloisio Araújo, of FGV/EPGE - Graduate School of Economics, will give the Presidential Lecture of the 13th edition of the Conference of the Society For Advancement of Economic Theory (SAET) - of which he has been president since 2012. Aloisio Araújo is also professor of the National Institute of Pure and Applied Math (IMPA) and fellow of the Econometric Society since 1987. The meeting will happen on July 22-27 in Paris, and is the result of a partnership with MINES ParisTech Graduate School. About SAET SAET was created to promote the development of Economic Theory and to facilitate dialog among researchers, fields and research methods. Its fellows are selected for their scientific excellence, originality, leadership, ethical standards, as well as academic and creative achievements.
