The project ?Private Transnational Regulation: Constitutional Foundations and Governance Design?, which involves professors and researchers of DIREITO GV, will be presented by the professor Danilo Borges de Araujo at the School of Law of the University of Buenos Aires ? Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Buenos Aires.

The work produces a reading of the transnational aspects of institutions responsible for the regulation of important sectors of the society. The institutes chosen for analysis were BM&F Bovespa, Anbima, Conar, ABNT and organic product certification bodies.

The case study selected for the presentation was about Anbima, whose result highlights the discipline offered by this entity regarding the public offerings of distribution and acquisition of real estate equity.
