Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) is now accepting applications for its new undergraduate course in digital communication. In all, there are 80 vacancies for the course, which will begin in the first half of 2023, split into two groups. Fifty-five places will be awarded via FGV’s university entrance exam, 20 via the National High School Exam (ENEM) and five via international exams.
The course will be run by FGV’s recently founded School of Communication, Media and Information (FGV ECMI), whose professors were educated in Brazil and abroad. The school has state-of-the-art laboratories and it will offer students networking and professional placement experiences.
The undergraduate course in digital communication will last between four years (eight semesters) and seven years (14 semesters). Taught full time, the course has a modern learning methodology aimed at developing specific skills through workshops focused on new professional demands in the digital communication market.
You can apply for the course by signing up to take the university entrance exam until 6 pm on October 21. The application fee is R$150. Candidates from public sector high schools (municipal, state or federal) in Brazil or who received a 100% scholarship at private schools throughout their high school years can apply for a waiver from the application fee. The deadline for requesting this waiver is October 17.
