Fundação Getulio Vargas is offering a discount to candidates who sign up for its 2023 university entrance exam-based selection process no later than 6 pm on August 11. Until this deadline, the application fee will be R$75. After then and until 6 pm on January 5, 2024, it will be R$150.

This 50% discount applies to all FGV’s schools in Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo and Brasilia; candidates applying to the Sao Paulo Law School and Sao Paulo School of Economics (FGV EESP) based on their National High School Exam (ENEM) results; and candidates applying to FGV EESP based on their performance in Knowledge Olympiads.

The discount also applies to candidates applying to do a double degree at the Sao Paulo Law School and FGV EAESP. Candidates who apply via FGV’s university entrance exam and/or their ENEM results may not apply separately to both FGV EAESP and the Sao Paulo Law School using the same route.

In the case of the Social Demand and Diversity application process, the schools covered by this route are the School of Public Policy and Government (FGV EPPG), Sao Paulo Law School and Sao Paulo School of Business Administration (FGV EAESP).

ENEM

In the case of the National High School Exam (ENEM), all FGV’s schools offer this discount, except the Sao Paulo Law School and FGV EESP.

The discounted application fee for applications based on ENEM results (and Knowledge Olympiad results for applications to FGV EPPG) is R$25 until 6 pm on August 11. After then and until 6 pm on January 5, 2024, the fee will be R$50.

The application fee must be paid exclusively by bank payment slip or credit card, no later than the deadline, as stated in the Application Schedule. No other forms of payment will be accepted after the deadline stated in the Application Schedule.

Candidates may request cancellation of their participation in the selection process and a refund of their application fee up to seven calendar days counting from the payment date. After this period, fees paid will not be refunded.

Application fee waiver

Candidates who studied entirely at public sector high schools (municipal, state or federal government) or who received a 100% scholarship at private schools throughout their high school years due to their socioeconomic status are eligible for a waiver from the application fee.

To request this waiver, please attach the required documents when you apply, in accordance with the respective school’s policy, which you can find in the public notice on our website.
