Event brings together specialists to debate Latin America’s future
On November 28, the FGV´s Sao Paulo School of Economics (FGV EESP) will hold an event titled “Latin America’s Future Direction: A tribute to the thoughts and memories of Professor Werner Baer.” The meeting will take place in FGV EESP’s auditorium at Rua Itapeva, 474, 6th floor, Bela Vista, Sao Paulo, at 7:30 pm.
The event will feature international guest Dan Biller, a professor of economics at the Crummer Graduate School of Business in Florida, who worked for more than 25 years at the World Bank. Another guest speaker will be the mayor of Teresina, Piauí, economist Firmino Soares Filho. FGV EESP professors Paulo Tenani and Tomas Malaga will also discuss Latin America’s future direction.
