FGV and Valor Econômico hold third edition of executive training program

FGV Executive Education and business newspaper Valor Econômico are partners in the “Valor Executive Education” program and this year will be its third edition. The course has a unique proposal in the market: to discuss recent cases and interact with prominent Brazilian executives. Applications are open until September 8, and the first session is scheduled for September 12.

The idea is to empower participants to deal with major organizational dilemmas, many of them revisited in light of the pandemic’s impact, in an agile, consistent and assertive way. It is also hoped that they will become better able to lead and leverage their careers as managers, considering the new values and principles that guide leadership in the 21st century.

Objectives

The goal is to prepare participants to lead the transformations required in companies in today’s more volatile business context, preparing them to follow new working models, manage a more decentralized and remote workforce, and deliver value in line with ESG guidelines and the new digital economy. The target audience is professionals with management experience and those who are interested in developing skills to take on a leadership position and move up in their organization. In addition to technological challenges and unpredictable changes in the business environment, leaders are being challenged to rapidly reinvent organizations.

Format

  • Live course and virtual meetings with prominent market leaders. The lessons are available in FGV’s E-class system for up to 100 days after the end of the course.
