FGV holds webinar to launch Brazilian Transport Journal

On March 30, FGV Transport will hold a webinar to launch the Brazilian Transport Journal, an exclusively digital publication aimed at researchers, professors, students, professionals and scholars interested in the fields of transportation, logistics and urban mobility. The event will be broadcast on FGV’s YouTube channel, starting at 2:30 pm.

The journal, which will be published every six months, aims to contribute to national development, assist public and private sector companies in their decision making and help government officials formulate public policies and action plans. In this way, FGV Transport will strengthen its position in different sectors of society, besides promoting the dissemination of scientific and technological advances through papers related to the areas of infrastructure and logistics.

The Brazilian Transport Journal is now accepting contributions in Portuguese or English. They must be new articles based on solid research and a high-quality methodology and data. To ensure this high standard, the journal will have an editorial team made up of Brazilian and foreign researchers at Brazilian, American and European universities. The content will be free to access and there will not be any fee to submit or publish papers. For more information, go to FGV’s Digital Library.
