Transformation of foodservice market debated at FGV

On September 16, at 6:30 pm, Fundação Getulio Vargas will host a talk by the CEO of Grupo Trigo, Antonio Moreira Leite. He will speak about “The transformation of the foodservice market” in the auditorium in FGV’s main building, at Praia de Botafogo, 190, Botafogo, Rio de Janeiro.

The guest will present some foodservice market business models and growth opportunities for the sector’s main players. Leite will also talk about the impacts of delivery platforms and changes in consumption habits in recent years.

Antonio Moreira Leite has more than 15 years of experience at retailers and in the financial markets, in the areas of marketing, brand management, product management, strategic planning and new markets. He is currently responsible for managing a multi-brand franchising system, leading more than 8,000 workers.
