FGV SRA is responsible for conducting all academic, administrative and financial actions related to the students’ academic life, as well as keeping school records, in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education (MEC) and the documents that govern the school and the program.

The responsibilities of the Academic Records Office - FGV SRA include:
• Handling all procedures related to the registration, control and filing of the academic documentation of programs and students
• Performing its duties in accordance with the current legislation and regulations that govern school records with the aim of ensuring fairness when complying with procedural and operational rules
• Providing assistance to students and other members of the academic community within the scope of the Academic Records Office
• Issuing academic documents: Letters of attestation, academic transcripts, diplomas, and other documents related to students’ academic records
