Fundação Getulio Vargas’ graduate programs, including MBAs, are designed for professionals who are looking to develop themselves and reach a new level in their careers, or even move to a different field.
They are carried out by professors and researchers at FGV’s schools, which together constitute an important center of excellence in Brazil in the areas of public and business administration, economics, law, the social sciences and history. These programs combine FGV’s tradition and pioneering academic work with the latest market practices, preparing professionals for the challenges of the modern world.
The programs are coordinated and managed by FGV’s Institute for Educational Development (IDE). This institute therefore provides a single distribution network for the continuing education programs run by FGV’s different schools, guaranteeing the same standard of quality and excellence in the courses offered throughout Brazil. In addition to its centers, in Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paulo, Brasilia and Belo Horizonte, FGV also has a network of affiliates, composed of more than 40 institutions in over 100 Brazilian municipalities.
During the period of social distancing, our in-person programs have been adapted for live classes via videoconferencing. The chosen methodology involves synchronous classes using modern technology combined with materials available online. In this way, everyone can continue to rely on FGV to pursue their professional goals without leaving home.
