20th edition of CEO Business Forum shares leadership trends

Based on the theme “The Importance of Happiness in Business Strategies,” the 20th edition of the CEO Business Forum will take place on June 12 at the FGV Cultural Center in Rio de Janeiro, starting at 1 p.m. The event is one of the main meetings organized by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Brazil (Amcham Brasil) and it focuses on supporting senior leaders, sharing trends, training leaders and promoting valuable connections.

The event will give participants the opportunity to discuss the importance of employees’ mental health and compliance with principles and values. Guest speakers will present cases showing how large corporations are prioritizing happiness in the corporate environment.

The guest speakers are Katia Repsold, country manager at Naturgy Brasil and vice president of the Rio de Janeiro Commercial Association’s Energy and Energy Transition Council; Antônio Egídio Nardi, a member of the National Academy of Medicine and Brazilian Academy of Sciences and a professor of psychiatry at Rio de Janeiro Federal University; Helio Arthur Irigaray, director of the Center for Applied Research in People Management at FGV EBAPE; Helio Magalhães, a director of Amcham Brasil and former chairman of Banco do Brasil and UBS BB, as well as a board member at Suzano and Enel Brasil, and CEO Brazil for Citi and American Express; and Radhika Punshi, an international speaker, partner in Mercer Talent Enterprise and author of the book Unlocking the Paradox of Plenty.
