Administrative, judicial and fiscal execution processes in 21st century are theme of online debate
On June 25, at 10 am, the Nucleus for Fiscal Studies at the FGV Sao Paulo Law School will hold a public debate about “Administrative, Judicial and Fiscal Execution Processes in the 21st Century”'.
The focus is to consolidate a semester of meetings and bibliographic production developed with the objective of maximizing dialogue between active and passive subjects of tax obligations, particularly in the phase prior to their formation; prevent litigation and, if this is not achieved, shift the case to extrajudicial means; maximize the consensual application of binding precedents issued by the judiciary; and discipline, in tax particularities, the application of principles, rules, procedures and instruments dealt with by general procedural legislation.
The speakers and debaters are members of a research group in a research area called “Macro-Vision of Tax Credits” at the FGV Sao Paulo Law School’s Nucleus for Fiscal Studies. The speakers will include Juliana Furtado Costa Araújo, Eduardo Paiva, Natalia Ciongoli and Rodrigo Lázaro. The debaters will include Ligia Regini, Julia Silva Araújo Carneiro, Daniel Santiago and Camila Tapias.
