Cadernos EBAPE.BR launches thematic edition on Epistemology and Sociology of Administration Science

From this edition, the magazine introduces a new look for articles, a more dynamic design and setting of images suitable to the thematics of each article.

The Brazilian School of Public and Business Administration of FGV´s (EBAPE) has just launched the new thematic edition of the journal Cadernos EBAPE.BR (vol. 14, no.1 of 2016), with articles of the works presented in 2014 at the International Colloquium of Epistemology and Sociology of Administration Science. The guest editor of this issue is Professor Maurício Serva, from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), Coordinator of the Colloquium and of Núcleo ORD (Center for Organization, Rationality and Development).The only regular event entirely dedicated to the themes of epistemology and sociology of science, the Colloquium has been attracting researchers from all regions of Brazil, as well as different countries, turning Florianópolis into a hub of initiatives for the scientific development of administration.The meeting focuses on studies primarily targeting the following areas: epistemological analysis of administration; epistemological analysis of specific domains; rationality in organizations; and sociology of administration science.The introduction and contribution of each article approved for this publication is provided by the guest editor in the article The contribution of the International Colloquium of Epistemology and Sociology of Science to the Field of Administration in Brazil.From this edition, the magazine introduces a new look for articles, a more dynamic design and setting of images suitable to the thematics of each article.The full journal is now available for free and can be accessed here
