Consumers must analyze budget before spending Christmas bonus, says EESP professor

The end of the year is approaching, and with it the Christmas bonus - paid by most companies between the months of November and December.For this reason, the professor of São Paulo School of Economics (FGV/EESP) in his column Caro Dinheiro, published by newspaper Folha de São Paulo, signals that consumers must analyze their current budget situation before taking any decision and pay off open accounts - such as credit card bills and overdraft.In the case of workers who have an organized domestic budget, but has no financial reserve, the professor advises to save the money.For Samy, only those who have their debts paid and can rely on a substantial savings account can spend the Christmas bonus on other priorities.Check out  the full article Caro Dinheiro (in Portuguese).
