COP 27: Webinar discusses construction of Brazilian bioeconomy

Fundação Getulio Vargas’ Bioeconomy Knowledge and Innovation Observatory is holding a webinar about the 27th United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP 27). The public event will take place on November 16, 2022, at 11 am, on FGV’s YouTube channel.
Brazil has a large delegation at COP 27 and FGV will be represented by several professors and researchers. In this context, the objective is to debate decisive issues for the future of the climate and the planet, such as financing, adaptation, energy, methane emissions, sustainable agriculture, food security and the development of the Global South.
The webinar’s speakers will be Annelise Vendramini, a professor at FGV and senior researcher at FGVces; Luciano Rodrigues, economics and intelligence director at UNICA and a researcher at FGV’s Bioeconomy Observatory; and Rodrigo Lima, the director of Agroicone. The moderator will be Daniel Vargas, a professor and the coordinator of FGV’s Bioeconomy Observatory.
