Digital Connections: Seminar discusses identity, tokenization and AI
Event to take place at FGV EESP at 6:30 p.m. on November 7, featuring specialists, academics and leaders
Fundação Getulio Vargas’ Sao Paulo School of Economics (FGV EESP), supported by the FGV Sao Paulo Law School and IBChain, and sponsored by Ripple, is holding a seminar called “Digital Connections: Identity, Tokenization and Artificial Intelligence.” The event will take place in FGV EESP’s main building on November 7, starting at 6:30 p.m.
The seminar will consist of three panels featuring specialists, academics and leaders, to discuss the impact of these technologies on the transformation of society, the future of privacy, security, and digital revolution innovations.
Three books by the FGV Study Group on the Impact of Technology on Legal, Social and Economic Relations (GITEC) will also be launched during the event, complementing the debate by raising topics such as the impact of tokenization on democratizing access to assets and investments, the ethical and practical challenges involved in implementing AI on a large scale, the convergence of these technologies, and their potential to transform industries and services.
For those looking to delve deeper into AI and economics, FGV EESP’s Master’s in Applied Data Science Program is an ideal option. During this 18-month course, students can choose between two areas of focus: Financial Technologies or Economics & Business in General.
