DIREITO RIO's professor, Márcio Guimarães, is in Paris for the event 8ème Édition des Entretiens de la Sauvegarde being held at the Maison de la Chimie, in Paris. The professor talked about the comparison between the French and Brazilian bankruptcy and business recovery systems.

The event, organized by the Institut Francais des Praticiens des Procédures Collectives (IFPPC), is one of the largest in France related to this topic and counts on the presence of various specialists, as well as workshops and roundtables.
