Professor at FGV's Brazilian School of Public and Business Administration (EBAPE), Armando Cunha, spoke, last Tuesday, to 30 journalists of Globo and Extra newspapers about public budget management in the country and in the world.  The meeting is the first in a series that will take place throughout the second half of the year, which will also address Environmental Law, public budget, public and fiscal policies, tourism and health.  This exchange is essential. For us, journalists, it is very important to have some time to discuss ideas, and for FGV's professors to get in touch with professionals who always seek questioning and curiosity, explains the editor of training and qualification, Mario Toledo.  The course took place at Globo's editorial room, in the center of Rio de Janeiro.
