On August 15, FGV's São Paulo School of Economics (EESP) welcomed about 10 foreign students for the first class of the International Master in Finance (IMF) - an intensive professional master's degree offered in partnership with the Nova School of Business and Economics (Nova SBE) in Portugal, and in collaboration with Cass Business School in London.  Coordinated by Professor Ricardo Rochman, from EESP, and Miguel Ferreira, from New SBE, IMF is taught in English and its objective is to develop financial knowledge and applications in a multicultural environment, with classes in São Paulo, Lisbon and London.  According to the coordination of the program, students will also be monitored by professionals already established in the market, in a mentoring and career counseling scheme, in addition to the academic guidance provided by the professors from both Schools. The program focuses on students with undergraduate studies in Economics, Business, Finance, Engineering, or other related areas. The students will receive a master's degree issued by both institutions.  For more information about the International Master in Finance, please click here.
