EPGE is granted the maximum grade in ENADE's evaluation 2012

FGV/EPGE - Graduate School of Economics celebrates and congratulates its students, professors and staff for the maximum grade (five) it received from the National Examination of Student Performance (NCG), 2012 edition. The School differentiates itself from its local competitors because it was the only one that received this grade in Economics in the State of Rio de Janeiro. In the national classification, the School virtually maintained its rating of the last triennium (which granted it the first place in the General Index of Courses (IGC) of the country), where it went from fifth to sixth position. The academic performance consistency of its students in various editions of this exam signals the strength and consistency of the pedagogical proposal of the School, based on the association between quality teaching and scientific research.ENADE is the first evaluation of MEC concerning the triennium that ended in 2012. This grade will be important (with a weight of 55 %) for the composition of the Course Preliminary Concept - CPC, final undergraduate grade of each Institution of Higher Education (IES). The CPC will be later used, together with the grades of Capes for the graduate level, for the calculation of the General Index of Courses - IGC, the final evaluation for each IES. EPGE has been keeping its excellence in all these indexes since the beginning of the measurements conducted by MEC, which contributes to the development of its reputation as one of the leading educational institutions in Economics in Latin America.
