The FGV Executive Education is organizing the Executive Education Forum at its unit in Brasília. Open to the public, the event will take place on March 12, 14, 19, and 21, at 7:30 PM, at FGV Brasília. The forum brings together professors, consultants, and organizational leaders to discuss and reflect on issues that have shaped the main socio-economic themes of today.

March 12 – Management, Regulation, and Transparency in ESG: Challenges until 2030 7:30 PM

This lecture will explore the role of ESG regulation in promoting sustainable business practices and its impact on businesses in Brazil and worldwide. Standardization and transparency lead to a better understanding and comparison of ESG performance, and new regulations are not only aiming to mitigate risks, protect reputation but also open doors for more robust sustainable investments. Aligned with Global Goals, the ESG agenda has encouraged innovation for sustainable products and services, exploring new nuances of human rights, and pushing the knowledge frontier against climate change.

The lecture will cover the functioning of ChatGPT, its evolution, how this technology learns and interacts, highlighting its practical uses and potential for everyday work. It will also emphasize how ChatGPT fits into the artificial intelligence universe and what to expect ethically and in terms of applications moving forward.

March 19 – Digital Government: Policy Evaluation and New Agendas 7:30 PM

The use of digital technologies is essential for modernizing public service processes, citizens' access to data and information regarding government actions, and social participation in government decisions. Therefore, it is important to analyze digital government policies, especially strategic issues related to state capabilities, innovation, accessibility, security, social participation, and evidence-based public policies.

March 21 – Career and Employability: The Role of Intelligences in the Journey to Leadership 7:30 PM

This lecture will explore different types of intelligences – including Intelligence Quotient (IQ), Emotional Quotient (EQ), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) – playing a crucial role in career development and improving employability. It will discuss how IQ, traditionally associated with cognitive ability, contributes to solving complex problems and making strategic decisions. In contrast, EQ, involving the ability to understand and manage emotions, is essential for effective leadership and building productive work relationships. Additionally, the growing impact of AI on the job market and how it is redefining the skills needed to lead in the 21st century will be addressed.

Moderator: Tatiana Sansone Soster, coordinator of Postgraduate Studies in Business Administration at FGV and PhD in Education (PUC-SP with a doctoral internship at Stanford University), master's degree in Business Administration (FGV-EAESP), and bachelor's degree in Computer Science (PUC-RS).
