In conjunction with it, the São Paulo Law School?s Center for Legal Practice has structured an initiative, aimed at promoting inclusion for refugees in the society. The NGO also helps refugees to access rights that they already enjoy, through consultations, discussions and research on legal issues involving refugees, and people seeking asylum in the country. This initiative led to the students´ immersion in the context and reality of the refugees, in order to understand their needs and identify ways to help them.
