FGV In Company starts new customized projects for Military Police and 3M

In April, FGV In Company launched two more corporate education projects, involving partnerships with the Rio de Janeiro State Military Police and 3M. FGV customized them to meet its partners’ development needs.

Rio de Janeiro State Military Police

On April 22, FGV in Company held the inaugural class for a new Executive MBA in Business Analytics and Big Data for the Rio de Janeiro State Military Police.

The meeting, held online, featured Colonel Márcio Basílio, who is the deputy head of the State Military Police Secretariat; Professor Rafael Pinho of FGV EMAP, the course’s academic coordinator; and João Lins, the executive director of FGV In Company.

The course will be taught live, via web conferencing, supported by ECLASS, FGV’s virtual learning environment, and the use of virtual labs for some modules. The 432-hour program is divided into 18 subjects.

3M

On April 19, FGV in Company launched the Sales Manager Certification Program, developed in partnership with 3M and PUC Chile. The program’s first meeting featured 3M’s LATAM Sales Coach Marcelo Muñoz, the course’s academic coordinators Felipe Zambaldi and Lucas Prado, and Professor Denize Dutra, who will teach the first subject.

The program aims to enhance the participants’ sales, management and leadership skills. It consists of three pillars: business management, customer management and sales team management.

The 132-hour program will last 10 months. There will be an initial and final assessment, six online subjects, three live subjects via web conferencing and an applied project.
