Continuing its Women in Leadership series, FGV In Company will hold a webinar on February 6 titled “Challenges for Women in Leadership, Considering Intersectionality.” This edition will reflect on how companies can become more inclusive and fairer in their selection and promotion processes. Based on organizational reality, it will also address the challenges for women in leadership, considering intersectionality, meaning possible ways for women to achieve equal representation in executive positions, in light of gender, racial and social differences.

For this conversation, FGV In Company has invited professor and researcher Aline Barbosa; Toyota do Brasil’s commercial innovation project supervisor, Ionara Lima; and the company’s human resources general manager, Juliana Fochi.
