FGV welcomed on Friday, August 2nd, the GRHRio meeting - the group that every month brings together HR directors of large companies in Rio de Janeiro to discuss industry challenges.
 

This is the third time that FGV hosted the meeting, whose theme was The role of People Management in different scenarios and was attended by the consultant, president of the National ABRH, member of GRHRio and of the Institute Capacitare, Leyla Nascimento.
 

There were also presentations delivered by the YSC Consulting's director and vice president of the National ABRH, Elaine Saad; the People and Organization Vice President of Granbio; the director of the Institute of Sustainable Management and ABRH's director of education, Luiz Edmundo Prestes Rosa; and the director of Vicky Bloch Associados and the emeritus consultant in people management, Vicky Bloch.
 

Representatives of CEDAE, Merck, Souza Cruz, Turbomeca, BNDES, Fundação Roberto Marinho, L'Oréal, Globosat, Lafarge, the Committee of Rio 16, Vale, Subsea 7, besides professors Bianor Cavalcanti and Luiz Estevam - director and manager of FGV's International Affairs Division (DINT) respectively - and Luiz Augusto Leite Costa, consultant and the event's coordinator also attended the event.
 

The group's next meeting will take place at L'Oréal's headquarters.
