FGV launches e-book about Metaverse and intellectual property problems
This year, to celebrate World Intellectual Property Day (April 26), Fundação Getulio Vargas’ International Intelligence Unit (FGV NPII), in partnership with law firm Demarest Advogados, produced an e-book called “Intellectual Property in the Metaverse.” The book takes an objective look at the concept of the Metaverse, its implications and areas of concern related to intellectual property.
The Metaverse offers new possibilities for various market players in all kinds of niches to connect with their customers and consumers in a deeper way, providing exclusive experiences.
Leonardo Paz Neves, a political scientist and qualitative intelligence analyst at FGV NPII, collaborated in the book’s production.
