FGV launches program to support Master’s in Law and Development applicants
The program will offer training in law and development, research methodologies and English. It will also hold seminars taught by professors and researchers from the FGV Sao Paulo Law School’s research centers, in order to give students contact with the research areas of the program’s professors.
In order to increase the diversity of students and mitigate obstacles to joining the Academic Master’s in Law and Development at Fundação Getulio Vargas’ São Paulo Law School, the program’s coordinators will run a Support and Diversity Program this year.
The program will offer training in law and development, research methodologies and English. It will also hold seminars taught by professors and researchers from the FGV Sao Paulo Law School’s research centers, in order to give students contact with the research areas of the program’s professors.
There will be 20 places on offer, intended for undergraduate students who are black, descendants of indigenous people, on a low income and/or who studied at government schools, who wish to prepare for the selection process for the Academic Master’s course at the Sao Paulo Law School. The Support and Diversity Program will take place online, via Zoom, in May and August 2021.
